“And they devoted themselves to…fellowship…” (Acts 2:42) “…so that you may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.” (1 John 1:3) FAMILY FUN NIGHT An evening of fun and fellowship for the whole family. Meets monthly.
PARISH DINNERS Our Hospitality Committee organizes our monthly parish dinners which are held on a Sunday evening (usually the first Sunday of the month, but not always). The evening normally begins with a short Evensong service in the church at 5:00pm. After the service, we gather for fellowship, dinner, and some sort of program. Everyone brings a covered dish to share.
TABLES OF EIGHT A Dinner Club which meets on a monthly basis at local Dallas restaurants. The group members change each month and each group is assigned a captain who is in charge of coordinating with the members of each team. The Dinner Club is led by Amy Brady, Sherry Caudell and Cathy Heissenhuber
THEOLOGY ON TAP A group of men who meet one evening a month in or on the patio of Lunt Hall for a friendly and stimulating discussion on theology over a beer. Dinner is incorporated into the meeting and the men are encouraged to bring a meat to grill and a side dish if they feel so inclined. Werner Heissenhuber organizes this ministry.
