Join Us for
Lent, Holy Week, & Easter
Join us this Lent as we enter a season of prayer, repentance, and preparation for the celebration of Easter. Over forty days, we follow Christ in humility and self-examination, remembering our need for grace and fixing our hope on the cross.
Our journey deepens in Holy Week as we walk with Jesus through the final days of his earthly ministry—from his triumphant entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, to the intimacy of the Last Supper, to his betrayal, trial, and crucifixion. Holy Week reaches its climax in the sacred Triduum—the Great Three Days—beginning with Maundy Thursday, continuing through the solemn remembrance of Good Friday, and culminating in the joy of Christ’s resurrection at Easter.
We invite you to join us as we move together from repentance to renewal, from sorrow to joy, from death to life.

The Triduum
The liturgies of Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and the Easter Vigil together form the spiritual center of Holy Week. Across these three days, the Church walks with Christ from the Upper Room to Calvary and finally to the empty tomb. Through Scripture, sacrament, silence, and sacred music, we are drawn deeply into the saving mystery of his passion, death, and resurrection.
Maundy Thursday (April 2)
The Triduum opens with the liturgy of Maundy Thursday, commemorating the night Jesus shared the Last Supper with his disciples. On this evening we recall the gift of the Eucharist, his command to love one another, and his example of servant-hearted humility in washing the disciples’ feet.
As the service concludes and the altar is cleared, the tone shifts. The church grows still, and we spiritually accompany Christ into Gethsemane, entering a posture of watchfulness as we prepare for the solemn remembrance of Good Friday.

Good Friday (April 3)
On Good Friday, the Church gathers in quiet reverence to reflect on the suffering and crucifixion of Jesus. The Passion narrative is proclaimed, prayers are offered for the needs of the world, and the cross is honored as the instrument of our redemption.
In this solemn observance, we contemplate the depth of God’s love revealed in Christ’s self-offering. What appears as defeat becomes the very means of salvation: through his death, life is given to the world.

Holy Saturday (April 4)
The Easter Vigil brings Holy Week to its climax and opens the celebration of Easter. In the darkness, a new fire is lit, and the light of Christ is carried into the church as a sign that the night of sin and death has been overcome.
Through the proclamation of Scripture, prayer, and the celebration of Holy Baptism, the story of salvation is rehearsed and fulfilled in the Resurrection. Bells ring, voices rise in joyful song, and the Church proclaims with confidence: Christ is risen. The long-awaited “Alleluia” returns as Easter begins.
